Purpose
The training program is designed to teach companies how to become an NTLA Certified Carrier for the transportation of Banking documents and Pharmaceutical items. Participants will be introduced to the standards developed for the transportation of Banking and Pharmaceutical items—the requirements of each standard, and how to comply with those requirements. In addition, participants will be educated and trained on all of the steps of the certification process, including applying for certification, conducting their own self-audit, documentation review, and on third party on-site assessments.
Audience
The Certification Process is modeled after the ISO 9001 certification program and requires each candidate company to designate a certification representative who will be trained and carry the responsibility for submission of all required documentation of controls, processes, etc. This course is targeted to Executives and Managers with courier/last mile delivery companies who are currently involved or would like to be involved in the transportation of Banking documents and/or Pharmaceutical items. Operations managers, security/risk management officers, and compliance managers are appropriate participants in the program.
Format
This is a two-day instructor-led training course.
